Can I order any item through your site?
Any product listed for sale on this site can be ordered online. If you find you need website help or have a product question, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at 1-262-567-9627 or fax a request to 1-262-567-9630, or e-mail your request to sales@leathertechnologies.com

Once I submit my order, how long will it take to receive my product?
Usually it will leave our facilities within 24 hours of order placement. If your order is not placed during normal business hours, it will be processed the next business day. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone of any back orders or delays. Please call our customer service team if you need your items within a specific time period.

Can I track my order?

Once I submit my order, how do I receive an acknowledgement for payment records?
Once the order is received, you can request acknowledgement for the order and a pre forma invoice will be issued to advice you of the quantity ordered, price, how it was packaged, shipping costs, etc.

How can I pay?
For regular customers, a net thirty days payment schedule will be given to you, depending on your credit. For all others, COD.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, as our site uses the latest SSL technology. We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You may place your order on-line, via e-mail or facsimile request, with your contact information, including geographic area for time zone information, and along with the best time to call you, and we will be happy to contact you directly. If you order on-line, you will be contacted by our customer service team to make final shipping arrangements.

My organization is tax exempt, how can I make sure we are not charged tax?
You will not be charged tax if you fax us your tax exempt certificate.

Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please call our customer service team at 1-262-567-9627 or fax us at 1-262-567-9630, or e-mail us at sales@leathertechnologies.com. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned by approval by our company by calling our customer service team.

What about your return policy?
We have a 100% money back guarantee. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products at Leather Technologies, Inc., you may return any unopened containers for a full refund, within three months. Please call our customer service team to make return arrangements and to receive your proper credit.

What happens if I have a question or a problem regarding my order?
Simply call or e-mail or fax the customer service team. Our normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

How can I view Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)?
It is our policy to provide these upon the request of our current customers, for those products purchased from Leather Technologies, Inc. Please contact our customer service team for details. Please be advised, that with every product shipped to customers, a Material Safety Data Sheet is enclosed with the Packing List. Also you can obtain all Material Safety Data Sheets on our website.
