Description
Water emulsion nonionic compound mixture of polymers, acrylics, binders, waxes, fillers and resins. Self-cross-linking.
Auto Base Coat is formulated to produce base coats for garments to achieve high coverage and still maintain a soft and nice handle to the leather. It can be easily applied by spraying to obtain a matt finish with excellent wet and dry resistance while still maintaining a soft and natural feel. Auto Base Coat is a medium soft finish with good elasticity, which remains unchanged during processing. Good adhesion also obtains burnish effect.

Auto Base Coat can also be mixed with our DS Dyestuff for color tinting.
This system is nonionic and it is used with nonionic pigment dispersions or dyes, not with cationic pigments. It will produce a nice coverage, medium soft matt finish for skins that have a lot of defects such as discolorations, abrasions, etc.
