NPE black Top coat Soft Feel it is Medium Gloss formulated for producing jet black topcoats designed for garments to achieve high coverage, with a silky, slippery handle. It has soft feel and a look very similar to classic natural glove leather. It can be easily applied by spraying to obtain a medium gloss with excellent wet and dry resistance, while still maintaining a soft, natural feel and good leveling with a pleasant touch.
